Attorney-Mediator Leigh Ann Roberts was raised in Jackson, Mississippi and attended undergraduate and law school at the University of Mississippi. Leigh Ann received her mediation training in 1998 and is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General/Civil Mediator with years of experience mediating civil lawsuits.

Trained in evaluative and facilitative mediation, transformational mediation, arbitration, binding mediation, non-binding arbitration, Med-Arb, Arb-Med and dispute review boards and panel processes, Leigh Ann is an excellent resource for any individual or organization experiencing conflict.

Leigh Ann is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Tennessee and is an active member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, National Association for Community Mediation, the Tennessee Association for Professional Mediators, the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center, the Nashville Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate for Women, the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee, the Nashville Bar Association, the Forum Committee on Construction Industry Dispute Avoidance and Resolution of ACR, and is a Panel Mediator and Expert Witness for Construction Dispute Resolution Services, LLC.

Leigh Ann is also a proud supporter of Nashville's CABLE Women's Organization. Leigh Ann serves as an Arbitrator of civil claims for the Better Business Bureau of Middle Tennessee. She also serves as a part-time faculty member of the Southeastern Career College Paralegal Program.

Leigh Ann has a strong foundation and knowledge of the legal process and business world. Her past experience includes:
